CANCELLATION POLICY
Does SO2 charge No Show Fees? NO SHOW FEES Yes, we do. We charge these fees when a client fails to arrive for their appointment after a 15 minute grace period. To respect our stylist's and technician's time we ask that all clients request a reschedule or cancellation 2 or more days in advance in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. They must refill your time slot if possible to continue making an income. This is only fair. HOW TO AVOID NO SHOW FEES Show up! When booking with SO2 we assume that you are making your hair a priority. That means showing up for your appointments. Reschedule or Cancel your appointment through our online booking app. Just sign in to manage your appointments. You have until 24 hours before your appointment to modify it. Sign up for reminders! - We send text and email reminders 3 day, 1 day, and 2 hours in advance. There are no excuses. Full No Show Policy To reschedule or cancel you may use our online booking feature. Login to your account on our website to change or cancel your appointment. After 2 No-Show Appointments Shear Obsession 2 reserves the right to no longer accept a your appointment requests. Please remember that you must change or cancel your appointment 2 business days before your appointment date. Failure to follow this policy will result in a No Show Fee. No Show fees are based on service category. Chemical Services (i.e., Color, Highlights, etc.) have a no show fee starting at $50. Other services start at $20.
